This laptop bag is a fine work of art, and I'm quite pleased with it. Fits all I need. Company was very responsive to chats and provided me more pictures of the inside of the bag when I asked. Only thing I would change about my purchase if I could is to ask Time Resistance to put the metal plate on the inside of the bag, in the laptop pocket, on the outside flap of the bag. I now have to use a protective sleeve for my laptop when I put it in the bag. This probably wouldn't affect 13" laptops, however.
Other than that, the bag arrived quickly (within three days of purchasing), and it arrived with care instructions. I get compliments on the bag everywhere I go, which is a pleasant bonus.
